Under the general supervision and leadership of the Resource Mobilization Manager, the Private Sector Fundraising Assistant, will be ready to assist in the implementation of the resource mobilization strategy, emphasizing internal support for the whole operation and key services to fully seize opportunities that will contribute with the advancement of the local and the global PFP priorities.

How can you make a difference?

Under the general supervision and leadership of the Resource Mobilization Manager, the Private Sector Fundraising Assistant, will be ready to assist in the implementation of the resource mobilization strategy, emphasizing internal support for the whole operation and key services to fully seize opportunities that will contribute with the advancement of the local and the global PFP priorities.

1- Administrative support in the workplan and budget preparation are properly justified with accurate and reliable information in the area of marketing and fundraising.

2- Appropriate and consistent interpretation and application of policy and procedures timely implemented to support PAS processes.

3- PFP HHRR plans and reports are timely and properly registered and managed

4- All relevant information is recorded and updated timely and accurately.

5- Optimization of internal and external coordination of processes, agendas and jointly developed initiatives

To qualify as a champion for every child you will have…

  • Completion of Secondary School. Technical and/or University level courses in fundraising, marketing, business administration, or any other related field of discipline relevant to the job are an asset.

  • A minimum of 5 years of progressively responsible work experience in assisting Fundraising Directors or Executive Directors of international/local NGO's.

  • Fluency in Spanish, written and spoken English would be desirable.

  • Only for Argentinean nationals.
