Program Evaluation and Alumni Network Manager

The IIJ is seeking to hire a Program Evaluation and Alumni Network Manager who will be responsible for Monitoring and Evaluating Programs and continuing to develop an Alumni Network. The candidate will work with the Director of Programs to evaluate project performance, develop systems to capture the effects of IIJ programs on current and past participants, prepare reports that capture the successes and challenges of the programs, and continue a systematic expansion of IIJ’s alumni participant and expert network. 

The successful candidate will be an integral part of a dynamic and multi-national team. Initial appointment will be made for a period of one year and may be extended subject to the availability of performance, need and funding. This position will be based in Malta with some duty travel to the IIJ geographic regions.
