CAMRIS seeks a Chief of Party to lead the upcoming USAID/Mexico Integration, Collaboration, Monitoring, and Evaluation (ICME) Activity. The ICME activity is a four-year mechanism that will support USAID/Mexico's ability to make decisions to improve development outcomes based on evidence through the application of analytical rigor.

The ICME mechanism will work across the Mission to: a) facilitate integration of its investments; b) facilitate collaboration among local actors-government, civil society, private sector, and academia-to advance local ownership, sustainability, and self-reliance; c) ensure innovative monitoring and related analyses of results of existing activities; and d) conduct surveys, in-depth analyses, and evaluations for management decisions.

  • Provide vision and overall leadership to operations.
  • Ensure provision of timely, relevant, high quality services.
  • Provide leadership on the project by proactively engaging USAID, partners, and ICME activity team members to provide effective support. This involves deep collaboration with the Mission and partners to identify, design, and deliver high quality M&E services.
  • Identify adjustments in scope and operations to ensure that the project adapts to changes in need and context.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact to USAID Contracting Officer's Representative and Contracting Officer.
  • Supervise and empower all technical and administrative staff on the project.
  • Collaborate closely with CAMRIS headquarters technical and operations staff.
  • Champion the use of CAMRIS' systems and processes, and identify adjustments as needed.

  • Chief of Party experience on a USAID-funded project of similar size and scope desired

  • Experience in Mexico and/or the region desired

  • Excellent communication, supervision, and management skills
