VSO is looking for a talented individual with excellent experience in recruiting new donors and supporters. Right now is an exciting time to join VSO as we implement strategies to significantly expand our donor/supporter base and unrestricted income. We have ambitious growth plans to deliver improved outcomes in international development. Fundraising is crucial to this so we need an experienced project manager to help us achieve our plans.

You will be a vital part of connecting VSO, supporters and those we work with. You will do this by developing and delivering integrated marketing campaigns that convey the power of how communities and volunteers around the world can overcome inequality and poverty.

The Special Projects Manager role will sit within our Supporter Engagement team, who are responsible for engaging new and existing mass supporter audiences. This role is ideal for someone with extensive acquisition experience in direct marketing including campaign management of areas such as DRTV, digital marketing and dialogue channels. Ideally you will also have experience in product development.

You will be instrumental in engaging new audiences who have the affinity to support VSO. The ideal candidate should be passionate about how international development can overcome inequality and poverty, and bring enthusiasm and experience as to how our fundraising can contribute to this.
