Role & Responsibility:

·         Program planning and management as per specified timelines

·         On-Ground implementation of planned activities (including training and production) and monitor the progress according to predefined outcomes and goals

·         Coordinating with on-ground staff and artisans

·         Mobilization of suitable beneficiaries

·         Data collection and maintaining documentation at the centres

·         Responsible for management of ongoing skill training (in batches)

·         Procurement of raw materials – identifying suitable vendors and purchasing

·         Production handholding – including maintaining production templates, ensuring quality and delivery of orders

·         Local market scoping – understanding the local market demand and how they can be fulfilled by our units

·         Participation in marketing and sales events

·         Provide regular updates with regards to the progress of the projects

·         Maintaining accounts and bills

·         Social media documentation – photographs, narrative/beneficiary case studies

Coordinate donor reports

 

Minimum Requirements:

ü  Bachelor’s degree in any stream (BSW/B.Com preferred)

ü  Fluent in English

ü  Spoken Telugu & Hindi is Mandatory

ü  Functional knowledge of MS-Office (including excel, word and ppt.)

ü  Comfortable with local travel and market purchases

 

Travel:

Job involves local travel for sourcing, order delivery and events.

 

Compensation:
Based on profile and experience.
