Role overview
The ICS Finance Manager is responsible for leading the day-to-day financial management of the International Citizen Service contract. This includes working closely with colleagues and partners in multiple locations. You will also be responsible for invoicing donor, the preparation and analysis of monthly management accounts, budgeting, programme forecasts, and expenditure review analysis.
This is a fixed term contract for one year, until the end of the current ICS contract.
Skills, qualifications and experience
You will have strong technical management accounting skills and programme financial management experience; coupled with an excellent knowledge of excel and use of accounting software. You will be pro-active in taking ownership of the role and implementing new procedures and able to communicate financial data and processes effectively to non-financially literate colleagues.
You will be a Qualified Accountant (CCAB or CIMA, or international equivalent), with strong experience in programme financial management and contract accounting.
