Your Mission:

Managethemobileclinicdrugsandcommoditiesstoreinaccordancewithstandardmedicalstoreguidelines. NFI guidelinesandproperdocuments.

IncollaborationwiththeemergencyHealthteamand Yangon and Field supply chainunit, to be accordance with PITsystem.

Capacitybuildingofhealthteamandsupplychainunitondrugsstore managementand drugssupplychainmanagement of field office level.
Manage drugs and commodities store with standard medical and NFIstoreguidelinesandproperdocuments

Design,setupandadministerthedrugsstockmanagement systemin collaborationwith senior supplychainofficerandHealth Managerformobileclinicoperations/capacitybuilding.

SettingupandimplementtheIRC’sdruganddrugsstoremanagement monitoringsystemto be ensuresqualitydrugstoremanagement.

RegularcirculatingstockslistofdrugstoHealthManagerformobileclinicoperations/capacitybuildingandHealth program focal whoareresponsibletoraisePurchaseRequesttoensurenostockrunningoutformobileclinics.

LeadthedrugssupplychainmanagementincollaborationwithsupplychainunitsinYangon andLashio.

Managethewastemanagementsystemofdrugsstoreincollaboration withoperationdepartment.

Manage theIRC’sdrugs andthecommoditystoreinLashio.
Capacitybuildingof programandsupplychainunitindrugsstoreanddrugssupplychainmanagement:

Support health programtoidentifythecapacitybuildingneeds ofstaffsondrugsanddrugsstockmanagement.

AssistField Coordinatorand Senior level of Yangon officetoidentifycapacitybuildingneedsofsupplychainstaffsindrugssupplychainmanagement.

AssistSupply Chain Officerforcapacitybuildingofsupply chainstaffsongeneral and drugsstockmanagement.
General

Qualifications
Education
BachelorofPharmacyordegreeordiplomainpharmaceuticalproductsmanagement.
Experiences
-
At least 3-4years’experienceinrelevantfieldofwork.
- Knowledge of pharmaceutical stocks reporting are preferable.
- Additional knowledge of supply chain management are recommended.
