At the heart of our Public Fundraising Strategy is the delivery of the best supporter experience to engage and retain our loyal supporters and volunteers and reach out to new audiences and to motivate the public to engage with our vision and purpose: A fair world for everyone: Creating lasting change through volunteering.

Skills, qualifications and experience

We are looking for an experienced senior fundraiser with excellent communication skills to lead the delivery of the supporter and volunteer engagement strategy for Ireland. You will provide expertise and direction to the Supporter Engagement, Marketing and Supporter Care teams in best-practice stewardship for the Irish market and to engage Irish supporters and returned volunteers as appropriate, given VSO's current situation in Ireland and to stabilise and increase Irish supporter contributions.
This includes developing strong relationships with teams across VSO.
