Description of taskWithin the delegated authority and under the supervision of the Regional Advisor, Community-Based
Initiatives and Healthy Settings (CBI), or his/her designated mandated representative(s), the UNV
Communications Assistant will:
• Developing advocacy and communication materials for Healthy Cities
• Collecting and disseminating best practices and success stories in the context of healthy cities for
experience exchange
• Organizing and conducting workshops with National and Cities Authorities
• Updating the Regional Healthy Cities Network website
• Any other related tasks as may be required or assigned by the supervisor.
- University degree in mass Communications, media relations, or journalism or other relevant fields.
Required experience: 24 Months Experience remark:- Experience in communications, content writing, advocacy and campaign management, social media
and research analysis.
