Investigations Division (AIID) of the Office of Anticorruption and Integrity (OAI) is currently seeking an experienced leader in investigations of workplace incidents for the position of Investigation Specialist (Workplace Conduct).

The Investigation Specialist is responsible for reviewing and investigating complaints and allegations of staff misconduct, including workplace bullying, harassment, sexual harassment and retaliation.

 

You will bring:

1)      Demonstrated leadership and prior experience in handling investigations into allegations of bullying, harassment, sexual harassment and/or retaliation in the workplace;

2)      Ability to clearly and concisely prepare, present, discuss and defend issues, findings, and recommendations at senior levels and to produce complex and compelling briefs, reports, papers, etc;

3)      Strong emotional intelligence with excellent interpersonal skills, and the ability to exercise sound and independent judgment, prudence, and maturity in complex and sensitive cases; and,

4)      Ability to work with discretion in handling sensitive and confidential matters.
