Danida seeks Chief Adviser (N1) - Responsible Business Fund
Chief Adviser (N1) in Myanmar, Responsible Business Fund – Bridging Phase
As Chief Adviser you will support the implementing team securing timely implementation of the activities under the Responsible Business Fund (RBF), in order to achieve planned activities and outputs in close collaboration with the programme partners and the Embassy of Denmark in Yangon. The RBF is a challenge fund established to increase the responsible behaviour of Myanmar enterprises by providing partial grants to SMEs for the implementation of demonstration projects in seven key areas, resource efficiency for example. You have a strong background working with MSMEs in one or more related fields such as; energy or water use efficiency, waste treatment and recycling, occupational safety and health, and food safety. You have further experience from conducting feasibility studies and presenting bankable project reports for raising loans from banks as well as implementation experience with donor funds for private sector development, preferably in Myanmar or South Asia. Your English is fluent.
