Danida seeks Chief Adviser (N1) - Human Rights Education

 

As Chief Adviser you will manage and secure timely implementation of the activities under the Human Rights Education and Research programme, in order to achieve planned activities and outputs in close collaboration with the programme partners and the Embassy of Denmark in Yangon.

The programme supports the law departments of Dagon, East Yangon and Mandalay Universities, and the Board of Legal Studies in strengthening capacities on core aspects of human rights education and research as well as strengthens the rule of law and human rights reform agenda in Myanmar. The adviser will support and provide technical support to the partner universities and assist them in the implementation of the agreed work plans. You have extensive experience in the legal sector as well as experience from development programme management within the justice sector, rule of law and/or human rights field in Asia. Your English is fluent.
