Private Sector Operations Department (PSOD) is currently seeking an experienced professional for their Integrity Due Diligence (IDD) team. PSOD provides investment capital to private sector entrepreneurs, corporates, and project sponsors, as well as financial intermediaries, such as banks, throughout Asia and the Pacific. It catalyzes, structures, and funds investments in privately held and state-sponsored companies across a wide range of industry sectors.

The Transaction Support Specialist (Integrity) will conduct comprehensive due diligence and review work undertaken by others and will work with PSOD’s deal teams in identifying ultimate beneficial ownership and potential integrity risks associated with related transactions.

The ideal candidate will bring excellent interpersonal skills, demonstrated ability to work on private equity/alternative asset structures in multiple jurisdictions, and experience gained preferably from global asset managers or investment banks.
