Tearfund is hiring a Project Coordinator for leading, overseeing, supervising Tearfund projects in Central African Republic (CAR).

Tearfund has been working in CAR for many years. In CAR Tearfund has been implementing a project funded by UK AID match to lift 10,000 women out of poverty through improving their businesses and changing the status of women in society (July 2018-June2021). For this challenging environment we are looking for an experienced project coordinator.
As Project Coordinator you will take responsibility for a designated area of the team's overall task. Some of the areas that you will be responsible for are:
- Manage quality control of SGBV, protection, adult literacy,and women's empowerment programming through identification of suitable projects, assessment of project proposals, monitoring of project implementation
- Designing of integrated Protection, WASH and livelihood programming through identification of suitable projects, assessment of project proposals
- Liaise with other departments as appropriate to identify and plan the support needed for implementation of projects
- Coach and capacity build project staff and partners across sectors in project cycle management including project design, embedding Tearfund's Quality Standards, monitoring, evaluation, and learning
