The HR Assistant assists the HR team in Beirut in an effective and progressive HR management. She/he is in charge of all administrative issues for national staff.
Major Responsibilities:
- Assist in applying IRC HR policies and procedures.
- Support the HR team in Beirut in the below tasks:
- Maintain and update the HR filing system.
- Follow up and collection of Timesheets and is responsible of tracking and reviewing them.
- Follow up on Timesheet’s correction, when needed.
- Responsible of receiving the insurance checks, dividing them and sending them to the HR focal points in the fields.
- Assist in entering data to the system for new joiners.
- Copy and follow up on NSSF and income tax documents before and after declaration.
- Support in filling the yearly NSSF declaration (once per year).
- Scanning for PA insurance policies.
- Support in updating the employee self-service software (opening/closing profiles).
- Maintain the confidentiality of all sensitive HR information at all times.
