The AmeriCorps VISTA Member – Data Collection and Client Feedback, will develop data collection and feedback mechanisms to improve program quality and identify unforeseen challenges to survivors of human trafficking and unaccompanied minors. This is AmeriCorps VISTA position, reporting to IRC’s Resource Development Manager in Florida.

Major Responsibilities: 

Client Feedback:

Conduct research into the design and implementation of client feedback models, utilizing technical assistance and expertise from the IRC’s Research, Analysis and Learning (RAL) team, exploring the following client feedback mechanisms: 

  • Exit surveys 
  • Client focus groups 
  • Client advisory boards 
  • Client consultants

Build organizational mechanisms that capture clients’ feedback, improving program quality and aiding in the identification of unforeseen challenges to clients’ self-sufficiency

Analyze and create reports based on data collected, identifying opportunities to enhance efficiencies and improve the quality of programming Lead regular working group meetings to include the deputy director, program manager, and relevant direct service staff, sharing out key findings and identifying next steps

Data collection:

  • Develop and continually refine the dashboard tracking tool for tracking human trafficking and UC programs’ deliverables, improving the organization’s ability to evaluate programs’ effectiveness 
  • Collaborate with direct program staff to develop program-specific tracking tools that feed into the integrated dashboard 
  • Lead regular working group meetings to in include the deputy director, program manager, and grant compliance and operations manager, sharing out key findings and identifying next steps 
  • Develop quality assurance systems to ensure data collected across all programs are complete and accurate 
  • Gather client demographic information, improving the organization’s ability to identify trends and report to other partners in the community 
  • Improve internal processes for data collection and reporting mechanisms already in place, including the monthly CVAC report and quarterly unduplicated client count
