The Position: 

As a member of the HR Programs Unit you will be responsible for providing efficient  administrative support to talent management initiatives.

You will report to the Chief, Career Development and Talent Mobility Programs.

Job Purpose: 

The HR Associate for Career and Mobility will provide efficient administrative support to talent  management initiatives, specifically providing support in areas related to organizational  performance and development, career and global mobility.  

Qualifications and Experience  

Education:  

Secondary Education.

Knowledge and Experience: 

● 6 years of experience in education, training, HR, technology, or administrative  experience (in this order of priority) is required;

● Experience in the usage of computers and office software packages (MS Word, Excel,  etc.) and experience in handling web based management systems.

Languages: 

Fluency in English; knowledge of other official UN languages, preferably French and/or  Spanish, is desirable. 

Candidates must pass the UN GGST/ASAT to be appointed.
