Green Salon Collective is a British company that collects and recycles hair and chemicals from hair & beauty salons. They use hair to clean up oil spills in the oceans. They generate clean energy. And compost the salon towels!

WHO ARE THEY LOOKING FOR?

They are looking for entrepreneurs to open Green Salon Collective franchises all over the world.

JOB DESCRIPTION

Your mission

You will launch, develop and manage Green Salon Collective in your own country. You will be guided by the initial team.

Your main tasks are as follows:

👉 Selling the system to salons

Build interest by dropping off leaflets to salons, engaging on social media, cold calls to salons and often a"soft sales" pitch. By taking meetings with salon owners and explaining the benefits of joining GSC and the costs involved, be prepared to talk to a group of stylists at events and seminars.​

👉 Operations and logistics: 

Arrange for boxes to be picked up, and when they are, make sure they are unpacked, sorted and separated. Hopefully, this will be done with a partner waste company, but you need to do and see it first hand to know the system. Arrange for starter kits to be sent out with all the marketing materials etc.

👉 Customer care

Talking to people on the phone, email etc., setting them up on the system, fulfilling orders, answering basic FaQ's

👉 HR

Paying the people you will work with, contractors or third parties, etc., when you have staff, dealing with staff holiday pay and sick leave etc., it can all be outsourced, but you'd need to help make the decisions.

You will become a franchisee in your country:

. You have complete autonomy and are the one in charge in your country
