Mission and objectives

Established in 1951, IOM is a Related Organization of the United Nations, and as the leadingUN agency in the field of migration, works closely with governmental, intergovernmental andnon-governmental partners. IOM is dedicated to promoting humane and orderly migration for thebenefit of all. It does so by providing services and advice to governments and migrants.

Context

IOM in Poland is expanding its operation at the borders with Ukraine and is seeking for recruitment support to attract humanitarian talent. The selected Online Volunteers will contribute with language skills and communication with respective candidates and institutions and will assist the overall operation to fulfill its hiring needs.

Task description

We are looking for support from three Online Volunteer who will research and assist IOM Poland in broadening their candidate sourcing methods. To this end, the selected Online Volunteers will be asked to reach out to available talent using various methods and channels like social media.
