NRC is looking for a seasoned strategic and influential leader to join the Asia Europe Latin America Regional Office as a Regional Support Director. If you are someone who enjoys initiating positive change, is able to foster a collaborative environment, and has a track record in optimising operations, this is the role for you!
What You Will Do
- Strategic development of Finance, Human Resources, Recruitment, Logistics, Information Technology, and Administration functions.
- Budget management and reporting.
- New global strategies and global change projects focal point.
- Control mechanisms design and implementation.
- Guidance, support, and capacity building in the region.
- Creating synergies between Country Offices.
- Anti-Corruption and Code of Conduct awareness.
What You Will Bring
- Senior leadership and field experience in a humanitarian/recovery context.
- Operational management background.
- Finance, Human Resources, Logistics, and Administration knowledge.
- Change management expertise.
- English fluency, both written and verbal.
