NRC is looking for a seasoned strategic and influential leader to join the Asia Europe Latin America Regional Office as a Regional Support Director. If you are someone who enjoys initiating positive change, is able to foster a collaborative environment, and has a track record in optimising operations, this is the role for you!

What You Will Do

  • Strategic development of Finance, Human Resources, Recruitment, Logistics, Information Technology, and Administration functions.
  • Budget management and reporting.
  • New global strategies and global change projects focal point.
  • Control mechanisms design and implementation.
  • Guidance, support, and capacity building in the region.
  • Creating synergies between Country Offices.
  • Anti-Corruption and Code of Conduct awareness.

What You Will Bring

  • Senior leadership and field experience in a humanitarian/recovery context.
  • Operational management background.
  • Finance, Human Resources, Logistics, and Administration knowledge.
  • Change management expertise.
  • English fluency, both written and verbal.
