Overview of position

Our client is looking to hire an experienced Location Supervisor

Role objectives
  • Carry out routine performance evaluations of all assigned staff
  • Receive task orders and distribute according to the various work departments
  • Respond to routine phone calls and emails regarding emergency work requests
  • Follow up on staff and ensure work is done and completed to client’s satisfaction
  • Write weekly report on completed/uncompleted task requests by the client
  • Attend monthly review meeting and write monthly progressive reports
  • Act as a focal point of contact between CTG and the client
  • Manage all client owned assets used for operation of activities
Project reporting

Reporting to Camp Manager 

Key competencies
  • Must be detail orientated while maintaining multi-task abilities in a busy, professional environment
  • Advanced spreadsheet abilities to include formulas and charting
  • Computer literate with common word processing, spreadsheet and database computer software, and applications required
  • Exceptional interpersonal, verbal, presentation and written communication skills required 
Team management

Team management experience is required for this role
