CONTEXTE ADMINISTRATIF

Ce poste est à pourvoir dans le bureau siège du PAM sis à Ouahigouya. Le/la titulaire sera sous la supervision technique du responsable de la base de données des bénéficiaires et de la transformation digitale du Bureau de Pays.

JOB PURPOSE

Contribuer à la réalisation des activités de mise en œuvre de la stratégie de digitalisation des processus d’assistance des bénéficiaires.
Participera à travers un appui technique dédié aux activités de transferts monétaires.  Le staff sera le référent technique pour le personnel du PAM, les partenaire de mise en œuvre et les partenaires financiers dans l’utilisation de SCOPE, l’application Web du PAM utilisée pour l'enregistrement des bénéficiaires, la mise en place des interventions, la planification de la distribution, les transferts et les rapports de distribution

QUALIFICATION STANDARD MINIMUM

Education :  Un diplôme universitaire en informatique ou en technologie de l'information .

Expérience générale: 4 ans d'expérience de travail dont 2 ans d'expérience dans les domaines suivants :

•    Technologie de l'information.
•    Informatique ou tout autre domaine pertinent
Langues : Français : courant, Anglais : désirable

Compétences techniques : Connaissance avancée d'Excel et des outils Microsoft Office

PRINCIPALES RESPONSABILITIES

Sous la supervision du Business Transformation Officer ou du l'IT/SCOPE Officer du sous-bureau, l'assistant IT/SCOPE sera responsable des taches suivantes :
•    Remplir les fonctions traitement de données (croisements, vérification, validation, nettoyage)
•    Veiller à l'exactitude et à l'uniformité des données et leur alignement avec les standards du PAM.
•    Suivre les procédures opératoires normalisées Gestion de l'information sur les bénéficiaires 
•    Fournir un appui technique aux détaillants, aux bénéficiaires et au programme du PAM pendant les distributions
•    Tester et déployer de nouveaux logiciels/matériels pour soutenir les activités des CBT.
•    Assurer un suivi régulier et l’exécution en temps opportun des demandes de support à travers la plateforme ITSM du PAM EasyVista.
•    Appuyer le bureau central dans la gestion et suivi des tickets sur EasyVista (Incidents techniques, demande de service, formation etc…)
•    Appuyer le niveau central dans la production de rapports d’analyse des activités de support du département en charge de la gestion des données. 
•    Assurer la réalisation des activités de tests virtuels à travers la plateforme TRN de SCOPE.
•    Assurer l’inventaire, le suivi et l’entretien des équipements techniques mis a disposition pour les activités SCOPE y compris le laboratoire technique. 
•    Toute autre tâche assignée
