Coatl – Consultoria para o Desenvolvimento is currently looking for a highly qualified Monitoring and Evaluation Consultant to join our team, on a full-time basis (35 hours per week).
The person to be hired will perform the functions as a Monitoring and Evaluation Consultant from the company's headquarters in Portugal, city of Porto or from the office in Lisbon (to be defined), with occasional trips for short periods (1 to 3 weeks) to other countries, specifically to the PALOP’s.

Contractual conditions
• Gross salary: approx. €1,500/month
• Workload: 35 hours per week
• Vacation: 24 days of annual vacation (corresponding to 2 days per month worked)
• Training: access to the collective training fund for Coatl team members, worth €500/annual per person
• Others: vacation and Christmas allowance, work accident insurance, computer, and other work equipment necessary for the performance of functions
