SOS Children’s Villages Sri Lanka, a member organization of SOS-Kinderdorf International, provides total care to the children who have lost their parents and supports the children who are at risk of losing the care of their biological family. The organization has well established projects in Piliyandala, Nuwara Eliya, Galle, Anuradhapura, Monaragala, Batticaloa, Gandara, Peraliya & Jaffna and invites applications from highly committed individuals who meet the requisite qualifications for the following position.

COORDINATOR - DIGITAL FUNDRAISING

(NATIONAL OFFICE - PILIYANDALA)

If you are the successful applicant, you will drive the fundraising activities through Digital Marketing by:

  • Building Social Media Presence across all SOS Children’s Villages digital channels
  • Planning Digital Marketing Campaigns including web SEO/ SEM email social media and display advertising
  • Formulate strategies to build lasting digital connections with donors.
  • Prepare online news letters, promotional emails and organize distribution through various channels
  • Launch optimized online adverts through Google Adword, Facebook, Instagram and twitter
  • Provide creative ideas for content marketing and update website
  • Create and develop video clips for Youtube
  • Measure performance of digital marketing measures through a wide variety of web analytic tools

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE: 

  • Full/ part professional qualifications in marketing. Those with Digital Marketing qualifications would have definite advantage.
  • Candidates with some work experience in Digital Marketing is preferred but not essential.
  • Good interpersonal and communication skills
  • Demonstrated passion to work for children without parental care
