Karnataka Model School Pathways Program
The Karnataka Model School Pathways Program (KMSPP) aims to establish repeatable & scalable pathways for 105 schools in 4 districts of Karnataka for formulating a NEP Model School Adoption Blueprint for the entire state, impacting ~50,000+ students by 2025.
This program aims to demonstrate a replicable and scalable approach by transforming 105 schools into model schools in 4 districts by 2025, enabling NEP adoption in Karnataka.
The study will include surveying 110 schools across 4 districts with needs varying from infrastructure, quality of learning, digital learning, 21st-century skills, and entrepreneurial mindset.

Job Summary
Looking for Karnataka based researchers for conducting In depth interviews and focus group discussions. Graduate in Public Health/ Social science with 2-3 years of Experience with focus on qualitative research related assignments is mandatory
Essential Functions
The candidate will perform the following key functions:
⢠Responsible for conducting in depth interviews and Focus Group Discussions
⢠Responsible for documenting the interviews.
⢠Conduct qualitative research and analysis.
⢠Transcription of all the qualitative data to English.
⢠Any other task in congruence with above.

Personal Competencies
⢠Graduate in Public Health/Social science or any other related field with 2-3 years of Experience with focus on qualitative research related assignments is mandatory.
⢠Excellent fluency in Kannada, English
⢠Strong time management skills and ability to prioritize.
Remuneration
Remuneration will be in the range of 25,000- 30,000/month during the period of contract (60 days) as per the skills & experience of the selected candidate.
