Janwani (supported by MCCIA), A reputed Not-for-profit organization in Pune is working on issue of solid waste management in Pune and Pimpri Chinchwad city. Janwani is mainly into spreading awareness among citizens to ensure 100% door to door waste collection and improve the segregation of waste at source so as to ensure smooth processing of waste through ULB's processing plants.

We are looking for a passionate and suitable candidate for a position of TEAM LEADER who will be responsible for the following:

1. Planning of project activities in the field.
2. Provide day to day tasks to team members and take regular review of same.
3. Update management periodically on the progress of projects.
4. Liason with ULB officials for smooth running of the project.
5. Understand the requirements and execute the activities related to Swachha Sarveskhan in field.
6. Develop and manage MIS system and make documentation of field activities.

Qualification and Experience:
Preference to MSW or Environment Science or Engineering graduation background, Should have minimum 5 years of experience in managing IEC projects in Solid Waste Management.

Candidate should have experience of handling over 50 subordinates at a time in past.

Job Location : Pune city OR Pimpri Chinchwad city.

This job involves extensive field travel within the city.

Salary - CTC 30,000/- to 40,000/- per month (Salary not a bar for suitable candidate)
