Duties and Responsibilities
Engineering of Metasys User Interface (MUI) graphics for the ESCAP Building Automation System (BAS)
The existing graphics of the ESCAP BAS (Johnson Controls Metasys 11) are using the Metasys Launcher, which will be obsolete with the release of Metasys 12. This job is for the migration of the existing graphics (except the Secretariat Building, which is currently under renovation) to the MUI.
The existing system contains 322 graphics (without counting the Secretariat Building) of the following types:
74 AHU
66 Fan
44 Floor Plan
23 Menu with info
19 Fan coil
19 Pumps
16 Lighting
12 Split-Gas On/Off
11 Miscellaneous
13 Chiller Plant
10 VRV
4 Cooling Tower
4 Fire System
3 Power Meter
2 CRAC Unit
1 CO Detection
1 Synoptic
Creation of spaces tree at MUI
Equipment definition and creation
Relationship between equipment
Modify database to generate alias graphics where it is needed
Building architecture background drawings
Reorganize authorization categories for access levels
Configure alarm notification by email SMTP server
Create automated reports
This job can be executed remotely through a VPN connection.
Deliverables:
The existing graphics, except the Secretariat Building, are migrated to the Metasys User Interface with all the data points correctly binded
At least 10 years experience engineering and commissioning Johnson Controls Metasys Systems.
Provide at least 3 references of engineering MUI graphics
