Designation- Program Coordinator
Job Description-
Roles & Responsibilities:
1. Coordinating and maintaining the quality of the Program based on Organisationâs Vision / Mission and overall goal of the program;
2. Coordinating advocacy and lobby for the candidates and the program.
3. Providing guidance for the field level activities and facilitate staff for implementation and issues resolution.
4. Organizing, attending and participating in stakeholder meetings.
5. Providing guidance and counselling to the School for Justice Candidates.
6. Producing accurate and timely program documents and reports;
7. Ensuring project adhere to frameworks and all documentation is maintained appropriately.
8. Developing and organizing trainings and workshops for the students;
9. Supervising a team of professionals working towards the development of the program
10. Selecting capable candidates and finding tutors and mentors;
11. Contact with PR and Media partners, government authorities and other relevant stakeholders;
12. Facilitate press and sponsor visits
13. Accompany the students to national PR and media events
14. Network with partners and other stakeholders.
Qualification-
1. Masterâs Degree in social sciences or equivalent;
Experience-
1. At least 10 yearsâ experience in the NGO sector;
Additional Skills â
1. Experienced in child protection and/or rehabilitation programmes; especially dealing with survivors (girl) of sexual exploitation.
2. Highly organized, proactive and detail-oriented person;
3. Superb writing and verbal communication skills in English and Hindi;
4. Counselling Skills
5. Time management, administrative and organisational skills;
6. A self-motivated and independent worker;
7. Experienced in partnership building and networking.
8. Advanced knowledge of MS products, particularly Word & Excel.
9. Preferably female candidate as the project is for survivors (girls) of sexual exploitation.
10. Pro-active, can-do attitude, creative, trustworthy, mission-driven, flexible and common sense.
11. Ability and willingness to travel to other parts of the country where School for Justice is implemented.
