After nine years of conflict, the situation in Libya remains critical. Overall, 1.3 million people are currently in need of humanitarian assistance. Furthermore, the COVID-19 outbreak also overwhelmed the already weakened health system and conducted to doubling the number of people with most severe needs of health assistance in 2020 (up to 1,2 million).
