| Background/IRC Summary: The Syria crisis is often described as the worst humanitarian catastrophe since the end of the Cold War. Today, 13.4 million people in Syria - more than half of the country's population - are in need of humanitarian assistance with needs increasingly being exacerbated by economic decline. Of these, 6.8 million are refugees and asylum-seekers who have fled the country. This is no short-term humanitarian episode. The devastating human consequences to huge numbers of people will endure for decades. The destruction of relationships, communities, livelihoods, homes and infrastructure will take years to repair. IRC is offering a robust humanitarian response to the Syria crisis a rapidly expanding portfolio, supported by more than 1000+ staff in Syria Country Program. IRC is undertaking programs in Syria and the neighboring countries of Turkey, Iraq, Lebanon and Jordan in the fields of health, child protection, early childhood development, education, women’s protection and empowerment, non-food items and food distribution, cash assistance, water and sanitation, protection and rule of law, and livelihood programming. Our work in these challenging settings gives rise to some of the most pressing issues facing contemporary humanitarian action, including questions of access, security, funding and coordination. Job Overview/Summary: Responsible for performing the diagnostic laboratory tests from reception to samples, validation of samples, their processing, and communication the results communication to medical staff. Follow the quality control activities in accordance with SOP. Follow the laboratory stock and performs inventory of laboratory items as well as monthly order to pharmacy, Participate to the preparation of monthly laboratory statistical reports
Responsibilities: The crucial duties for this position will be as following: Ø Draws blood and collects body fluids as needed for routine blood tests; performs laboratory tests as directed. Ø Prepares specimens for examination, counts cells and readies for other test procedures; performs test procedures and reports test and abnormal results. Ø Ensures laboratory equipment is serviced, calibrated, and maintained according to manufacturer's requirements and specifications. Ø Maintains and logs test reports, equipment records, compiles, and updates medical records. Ø Build a daily consumption of laboratory items and share with Pharma manager. Ø Monitoring, storing keep cool items and keeping other laboratory items according to ideal standards. Ø Work with doctors' clinic and midwife regarding to requested medical tests. Ø Implement any other activity requested by direct supervisor according to IRC policy.
| لمحة عن اللجنة الدولية للإغاثة: غالبًا ما توصف الأزمة السورية بأنها أسوأ كارثة إنسانية منذ نهاية الحرب الباردة. اليوم ، يحتاج 13.4 مليون شخص في سوريا - أكثر من نصف سكان البلاد - إلى المساعدة الإنسانية مع تفاقم الاحتياجات بشكل متزايد بسبب التدهور الاقتصادي. ومن بين هؤلاء ، هناك 6.8 مليون لاجئ وطالب لجوء فروا من البلاد. هذه ليست حلقة إنسانية قصيرة المدى. ستستمر العواقب البشرية المدمرة على أعداد هائلة من الناس لعقود. سيستغرق إصلاح تدمير العلاقات والمجتمعات وسبل العيش والمنازل والبنية التحتية سنوات. تقدم لجنة الإنقاذ الدولية استجابة إنسانية قوية للأزمة السورية من خلال برامج سريعة التوسع ، بدعم من أكثر من 1000 موظف في البرنامج القطري السوري. تقوم IRC بتنفيذ برامج في سوريا والدول المجاورة لتركيا , العراق ولبنان والأردن في مجالات الصحة وحماية الطفل وتنمية الطفولة المبكرة والتعليم وحماية المرأة وتمكينها والمواد غير الغذائية وتوزيع المواد الغذائية والمساعدة النقدية والمياه والصرف الصحي والحماية وسيادة القانون وبرامج سبل العيش. يثير عملنا في هذه الأوضاع الصعبة بعضًا من أكثر القضايا إلحاحًا التي تواجه العمل الإنساني المعاصر ، بما في ذلك مسائل الوصول والأمن والتمويل والتنسيق. معلومات عن الوظيفة: سيقوم المخبري بتقديم نتائج الاختبارات الدقيقة و المعقولة في الوقت المناسب باجراء كافة الفحوصات المطلوبة وتزويد المعلومات للمختصين في مركز الرعاية الصحية سواء كانو اطباء او غير ذالك ليقوم بتحليلها لاعطاء العلاج المناسب للمرضى يتبع فني المختبر السياسات المكتوبة والاجراءات المطلوبة لكي يضمن نتائج امنة و دقيقة في الوقت المحدد بالاضافة الى مراقبة الجودة يقوم المخبري بصيانة الادوات والمعايرة والتحقق من صحة الادوات و معالجة الاخطاء واكتشافها واصلاحها ايضا من اجل القيام بالاختبارات المركبة يقوم مسؤول المختبر ايضا بمتابعة مخزون مستلزمات المختبر ومعداته و اجراء الجرد على اسس نظامية ومتابعة انتهاء تاريخ انتهاء الصلاحية واعداد التقريراليومية للمختبر ومشاركتها في تحضير التقارير الشهرية. المسؤوليات الرئيسية: ستكون المهام الرئيسية لهذا المنصب كما يلي: - اجراء كافة الاختبارات الروتينية كما هي موضحة في دليل اجراءات التحاليل المتعلقة في المختبر بالاضافة لنتائج الاختبارات والتقارير مع الالتزام باجراءات فحص الجودة ايضا في تنفيذ كافة الاختبارات - جمع وتوجيه العينات التي يتم تحديدها لكل مريض مع الانتباه الشديد لذلك ووضعها في الاولوية ضمن سياسة الامن والسلامة ومكافحة العدوى ضمن الاختبارات السريرية - ضمان صيانة كافة معدات المختبر ومعايرتها مع الصيانة وفقا لما يتطلبه مواصفات الشركة المصنعة - المساهمة وتسجيل تقارير الاختبارات وسجلات المعدات وجمع وتحديث السجلات الطبية - متابعة وتسجيل الاستهلاك اليومي لعناصر المختبر ومشاركتها مع مدير القسم - الحفاظ على المواد دائما ضمن شروط التخزين كما هي مطلوبة في درجة حفظ البراد ودرجة الحرارة وعدم تعريض المواد للضوء بشكل مباشر - العمل مع اطباء المركز والقابلات فيما يتعلق بالفحوصات الطبية المطلوبة - تنفيذ أي نشاط آخر يطلبه المشرف المباشر وفقًا لسياسة لجنة الأنقاذ الدولية.
