Post -Office Assistant
Location: Jaipur (Rajasthan)

Job Description
Responsibilities:
â¢Creating and maintaining updated documents and spreadsheets.
â¢Data resourcing, entry and creation of records in word and excel format
â¢Organizing administrative and logistical aspects of office activities and events, including workshops, meetings and booking the meeting rooms/ travel tickets , hotels accordingly.
â¢Manage and monitor the availability of accessories, equipment, stationery, office supplies, office stock and placing orders as required.
â¢Assist the Manager in ensuring that all staff adheres to EBSR regulations and follows EBSR standards in their daily work.
â¢Answering telephone calls, responding to queries, and replying to emails.
â¢Managing office stationery supplies and ordering new supplies as needed.
â¢Systematically filing/ managing important documents / files .
â¢Forwarding all correspondence, such as letters and packages, to staff members.
â¢Maintain the organizationsâ filing system for Admin documentation and ensure contracts (utilities, and services) are updated on time.
â¢Maintain and update the online database on Google Drive.
â¢Maintain and update the online databases on Google Drive for relevant Admin related work.
â¢Creating, updating, and maintaining records and databases
â¢Coordinating building and maintenance issues for general repair (heating and air conditioning, desktop / printer etc.) and updating (cleaning, painting, etc.)
â¢Distribute and store correspondence (e.g. letters, emails, and packages)
â¢Prepare reports and presentations with statistical data, as assigned
â¢Prepare posters and pamphlets , letter head and asst in publication of magazines for EBSR.
â¢General administrative tasks, as required, Any other work given/assigned
â¢Skill of handling social media ac like fb, Instagram ,WhatsApp etc
â¢Completion of any other work assigned by the Administrator/ Secretary /Governing Body in a timely and efficient manner.
Qualifications, Experience and Competencies:
â¢Bachelor's degree from recognized university. Preferably in business administration or business management is advantageous.
â¢Hindi & English Typing Skill
â¢Minimum 2 Year Experience
â¢IT literate and have good knowledge of Excel, Word & Power point (MS Office in general)
â¢Proven experience working in an office environment.
â¢Proficiency in all Microsoft Office applications, Coral Draw.
â¢The ability to multitask.
â¢Excellent organizational skills.
â¢Effective communication skills & Exceptional customer service skills.
â¢The ability to handle various gadgets which are installed in EBSR like a printer, faxing machine, Projector etc
â¢Must be sincere and practice punctuality.
â¢Willing to learn and work
â¢Salary: 10-15K (depending on work experience and skill set)
