Post -Office Assistant
Location: Jaipur (Rajasthan)
Reporting to: Sr. Manager

Job Description

Responsibilities:

•Creating and maintaining updated documents and spreadsheets.
•Data resourcing, entry and creation of records in word and excel format
•Organizing administrative and logistical aspects of office activities and events, including workshops, meetings and booking the meeting rooms/ travel tickets , hotels accordingly.
•Manage and monitor the availability of accessories, equipment, stationery, office supplies, office stock and placing orders as required.
•Assist the Manager in ensuring that all staff adheres to EBSR regulations and follows EBSR standards in their daily work.
•Answering telephone calls, responding to queries, and replying to emails.
•Managing office stationery supplies and ordering new supplies as needed.
•Systematically filing/ managing important documents / files .
•Forwarding all correspondence, such as letters and packages, to staff members.
•Maintain the organizations’ filing system for Admin documentation and ensure contracts (utilities, and services) are updated on time.
•Maintain and update the online database on Google Drive.
•Maintain and update the online databases on Google Drive for relevant Admin related work.
•Creating, updating, and maintaining records and databases
•Coordinating building and maintenance issues for general repair (heating and air conditioning, desktop / printer etc.) and updating (cleaning, painting, etc.)
•Distribute and store correspondence (e.g. letters, emails, and packages)
•Prepare reports and presentations with statistical data, as assigned
•Prepare posters and pamphlets , letter head and asst in publication of magazines for EBSR.
•General administrative tasks, as required, Any other work given/assigned
•Skill of handling social media ac like fb, Instagram ,WhatsApp etc
•Completion of any other work assigned by the Administrator/ Secretary /Governing Body in a timely and efficient manner.

Qualifications, Experience and Competencies:
•Bachelor's degree from recognized university. Preferably in business administration or business management is advantageous.
•Hindi & English Typing Skill
•Minimum 2 Year Experience
•IT literate and have good knowledge of Excel, Word & Power point (MS Office in general)
•Proven experience working in an office environment.
•Proficiency in all Microsoft Office applications, Coral Draw.
•The ability to multitask.
•Excellent organizational skills.
•Effective communication skills & Exceptional customer service skills.
•The ability to handle various gadgets which are installed in EBSR like a printer, faxing machine, Projector etc
•Must be sincere and practice punctuality.
•Willing to learn and work

•Salary: 10-15K (depending on work experience and skill set)
