Here’s where you come in:

As the Director of People & Culture (P&C) Operations, you will lead and direct People & Culture’s priority for operational effectiveness and agility by developing and implementing strategic enablers that support P&C’s strategic vision and its goals. You will ensure P&C annual initiatives run smoothly, are executed intelligently and help create an overall healthy work environment while being cost-effective.

The following are aimed to improve P&C’s Organisational Effectiveness through this position:

  • Develop overall operations strategy and build an agile team
  • Overall leadership of the organisation’s HRIS strategy including continued roll-out of Workday, governance and stakeholder activities.
  • Drive workforce planning, analytics, predictive business intelligence, and key P&C metrics for monitoring performance.
  • Develop employee services, in partnership with the Centres of Expertise, to serve P&C customers and World Vision employees
  • Champion the development of operations competency across the P&C function

Requirements include:

  • A master's degree, preferably with a strong emphasis on HR portfolio and process leadership
  • Prior experience as an HR Operations Manager of large, global enterprise.
  • 10+ years directly related experience 50% of which is spent in a global HR department
  • Experience leading a global launch and management of an HRIS system/team, preferable Workday
  • 7 to 10 years’ experience in internal process and project consulting
  • Use of statistical tools of analysis to produce management information
  • Excellent written and spoken English
  • Ability and willingness to travel Domestic and Internationally up to 30% of the time.

Compensation: For positions filled in the United States, the typical salary range for this role is $119,292 to $164,027. Ranges are based on various factors including the labor market, job type, job level, internal equity and budget. Exact salary offers will be determined by factors such as the candidate's skills, qualifications, experience and geographic location.
