Under the supervision of the Head of Training and Research Unit, and the daily coordination of the Head of Sector EMPACT and Grants, the Programme Officer will: Plan, design and Implement CEPOL training activities such as onsite and online courses, workshops, webinars, online modules, e-lessons; Contribute to the lifecycle of multi-annual programming and planning of the training portfolio Be engaged in the planning, development, implementation, evaluation and reporting of CEPOL’s training activities; Represent CEPOL in relevant international meetings in particular in the EMPACT mechanism; Support the agency in the coordination tasks of EMPACT Common Horizontal Strategic Goal 6 “Capacity building through training, networking and innovation”; Provide advice on matters related to the development of the CEPOL training portfolio Contribute to the Training Needs Analyses and Assessments Produce strategic reports, policy documents as and when required Other activities as requested by the Line Manager The post requires a very good command of English, both written and oral, good organisational and presentation skills, as well as knowledge of EU internal security environment in particular EMPACT mechanism.
