VOTRE POSTE ET VOS RESPONSABILITÉS

Under the supervision of the Country Director, the Area Coordinator provides leadership in the Western and Southern regions of Ukraine in order to deliver a quality and timely humanitarian response to events as assigned.
Your main objectives are:
- The provision of leadership and/or Set-up, and Support to Operational and Program Implementation
- Involvement in Programming and Strategy Development; initiate potential partnerships , examine programme expansion possibilities, coordinate and integrate new programme assessments and recommendations in the area of responsibility
- Overall accountability for Area Finance, Human Resources, and Logistics
- Team Management of 3 people directly through recruitment, on-boarding, capacity building, promotion of ACF values, ...
- Internal and External Coordination
- Security Management : context security assessment, define, follow-up, and update security protocols as necessary, ensure the correct application of security measures, and manage incidents as required

VOTRE PROFIL

You have a higher degree in a field related to humanitarian action: project management, technical training related to one of our sectors of intervention, human resources management, financial management, etc. with at least 3 years of field experience with iNGOs in a similar position and in complex security contexts (challenging security context, high budget volume, big teams...).
You have a confirmed team management experience, with an ability to support and empower a large teams.
You are fluent in English and have excellent interpersonal, adaptability, and cultural awareness. You are also able to work with various nationalities.
A previous experience with ACF and the knowledge of Russian and/or Ukrainian will be considered as an asset.

VOS CONDITIONS D'EMPLOI

- 6 months fixed term contract under French legislation
- Monthly gross salary from 2735EUR to 3185EUR upon experience
- Monthly per diem and living allowance: 686EUR net, field paid
- Monthly country allowance: 300EUR
- Child allowance: 1500EUR per year per child present in the country of origin (maximum 6000EUR/year)
- 16% of the gross monthly salary for pension insurance reimbursement for non-French citizens
- Transportation and accommodation: Coverage of transportation costs and guest house
- Medical coverage: 100% coverage of health contributions (social security + health insurance) and repatriation insurance
- Leaves and RnR: 25 days of paid leaves per year, 20 RnR per year and 215 EUR at each RnR period
