Mission of the position:

  • Protect children from any misbehaviour toward them for their best interest, in accordance with the duties and responsibilities
  • Pursue opportunities with and fundraise from the individuals and/or group of individuals who reside in the home market and selected international market to fund the relevant programmes, investments and costs of the SOS Children’s Villages
  • Coordinate Philanthropy/HNWI program initiatives related to fundraising to potential donors and existing donors.
  • To expand Philanthropy/HNWI reach among communities and organization in Indonesia.
  • Establish and maintain long-term partnerships with the middle, major, and high-net-worth donors, manage and upgrade their donation, increase brand position the SOS Children’s Villages related to the brand vision, mission and values by networking with Philanthropy/ HNWI communities.

Performance Indicator:

  • Act and behave as SOS Children’s Villages Indonesia Brand Ambassador to external stakeholders i.e. management and staff of corporate partners, outsourcing partners, vendors, individual donors, etc. and carry out all tasks and assignments in a professional and accountable manner.
  • Account management: build and develop long-term partnerships with middle, major, and high-net-worth donors.
  • Develop new approach to attract new middle, major, high-net-worth donors, and communities/organizations, especially to expand Employee Giving Program.
  • Ensure the donor’s stewardship program run smoothly.
  • 100% compliance to child safeguarding and protection measures.
  • Contact, conduct meeting, and follow through new potential middle, major, and high-net-worth donors.
  • Prepare, send proposal, and follow through reports for donors.
  • Upgrade existing donations.

Requirement

  • Minimum Bachelor Degree in Marketing/Communications/Management
  • A good understanding of networking, marketing and PR
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office application
  • Full-Time - Long term commitment
  • Fluent in English written and verbal communication skills
  • Good knowledge of major donor fundraising trends and negotiation skills
  • Best interest to child, leadership, problem solving

  • Willing to travel
  • Work placement in Jatipadang, South Jakarta
