Sr. No Brief Job Description

1.Under the project Madhya Pradesh Health System Strengthening (MPHSS)
initiative, undertake required State-cum-district level activities and
interactions for promoting Comprehensive Primary Healthcare (CPHC) service
strengthening in phased manner through intra- departmental convergence.
Responsibilities include but not limited to:
a. Support the design and implementation of all activities assigned under
Project MPHSS to achieve desired results as per priorities of the work plan
of the project
b. Provide technical advice to the project and counterparts in RMCH+A areas
with the aim of developing models and health system strengthening at HWCs
and UPHCs
c. Initiate, build and strengthen relationships with various stakeholders in
the state/district to achieve programmatic goals and identify synergies for
the project.
d. Provide technical assistance and coordinate with district team in
implementation of the LaQshya/NQAS initiative.
e. Support and facilitate development of the training contents for the
intervention districts for roll out of knowledge management network.
f. Compile periodic updates under the program on gaps requiring district and
State level intervention, keep track of success stories and coordinate for
dissemination
2.Travel 15-20 days a month for the above tasks in addition to any other tasks
that may be assigned by the designated competent authority,
3.Monitor, conduct and facilitate workshops, trainings and represent the
organization in such events at State levels
4.Documentation of reports, and presentations according to program for internal
and external dissemination. Draft success stories and case studies in
consultation with the project team members and support documentation of
project results, successes, challenges, and lessons learned
5.Facilitate Government engagement and continuous process improvement for
implementation of various health programs specific under RMNCH+A

Skills and Competencies for ideal candidate

Skills Technical Skills:
•Degree in public health with experience in working on RMNCH+A
•Experience with Government healthcare system, especially in State Level
facilitation is desirable
•Proficiency in writing technical and programmatic documents like reports

Soft Skills:
•Strong written and verbal communication skills in English and Hindi
•Microsoft Office skills, proficiency in Word, Excel and Power-point
•Good data analysis and presentation skills
•Comfortable with working in a multidisciplinary team setting
•Willingness and flexibility to work on a wide range of tasks and ability to handle a variety of assignments under pressure of deadlines
