NRC is looking for a Consortium Manager to join the Myanmar mission. The role holder will support project management, strengthen synergies, and enhance collaboration and engagement between NRC and the other Consortium partners. He/she will strengthen relationships and coordination between the Consortium and external partners, clusters, working groups and other relevant stakeholders.

What You Will Do
- Consortium strategy development and implementation.
- Compliance with donor’s strategy, guidelines, rules, requirements, expectations, and contractual obligations.
- Programme proposals and reports development.
- Quality control and monitoring and evaluation standards.
- Consortium representation.
What You Will Bring
- Programmatic implementation experience, in a humanitarian/recovery context in Myanmar, and experience working with refugees, internally displaced persons, and/or returnees.
- Humanitarian coordination and representation experience.
- Complex, and volatile context exposure.
- Myanmar context exposure and knowledge.
- English fluency, both written and verbal.
