Consortium Manager Myanmar (National Position)

NRC is looking for a Consortium Manager to join the Myanmar mission. The role holder will support project management, strengthen synergies, and enhance collaboration and engagement between NRC and the other Consortium partners. He/she will strengthen relationships and coordination between the Consortium and external partners, clusters, working groups and other relevant stakeholders.

What You Will Do

• Consortium strategy development and implementation. 
• Compliance with donor’s strategy, guidelines, rules, requirements, expectations, and contractual obligations.
• Programme proposals and reports development.
• Quality control and monitoring and evaluation standards.
• Consortium representation. 

What You Will Bring

• Programmatic implementation experience, in a humanitarian/recovery context in Myanmar, and experience working with refugees, internally displaced persons, and/or returnees.
• Humanitarian coordination and representation experience.
• Complex, and volatile context exposure.
• Myanmar context exposure and knowledge.
• English fluency, both written and verbal.

• NRC has established sector teams in Camp Management, Education, Information Counselling and Legal Assistance, Protection from Violence, and Shelter and Settlements. This role provides exposure to a diverse range of sectors and programming modalities.
