We are looking for a motivated person who likes to gain new experiences and work in a dynamic work atmosphere. As a Remote Support Assistant, you will become part of a young, aspiring company. 

You can expect an attractive salary of 1800 euros per month and additional commission possibilities. We also sponsor trips and events. Anyone can apply, we will provide you a training.   

Your tasks: 

-Support our customers and service providers with inquiries and problems related to our Payment Provider services 

-Provide feedback to management on customer issues and trends.

-Provide technical support and customer service for our accounting software application.

-Assist customers with setup, configuration, and troubleshooting.

-Troubleshoot customer software and hardware issues.
