Sous la supervision directe de l’Assistant au Registry, le Messager apporte son appui au Service d’Appui Opérationnel (SAO) dans la fourniture efficiente des services dans la transparence et avec intégrité.
Duties and Responsibilities
Distribution de courrier
- Utiliser le système « e-registry » lors de la distribution des correspondances et des dossiers aux destinataires ;
- Enregistrer et distribuer les correspondances, documents et valises diplomatiques reçus de l’extérieur au jour le jour ;
- Enregistrer et distribuer les correspondances et documents à l’intérieur du bureau au jour le jour ;
- Enregistrer et distribuer les courriers personnels au jour le jour ;
- Assurer le départ et l’arrivée des correspondances et les dossiers des autres agences des Nations Unies (y compris les MOU : accords) ;
- Identifier le circuit des dossiers à la demande des collègues et être capable de situer l’emplacement des dossiers ;
- Transmettre le circuit des dossiers avec les collègues si besoin ;
- Faire l’état des recouvrements de coût (« cost recovery ») de ses activités.
Appui aux autres unités
Service des finances :
- Classer les pièces comptables;
- Photocopier ou scanner les pièces comptables à la demande des autres unités après aval du Responsable des Finances ;
Service d’appui opérationnel (SAO) :
- Vérifier la cohérence des factures des taxis agréés et la complétude des fonds de dossiers et remonter les informations au Responsable Logistique ;
- Assister dans la distribution des fournitures et dans la préparation des inventaires y afférentes ;
- Appuyer dans l’envoi des détails des paiements aux fournisseurs
Service de l’Information et de la Technologie (ICT) :
- Apposer les étiquettes sur les matériels et équipements du bureau
Rangement des salles d’archives et de stockage
En collaboration avec l’Assistant au Registry :
- Classer les dossiers dans les archives ;
- Ranger les salles de stockage ;
- Identifier et céder les anciennes archives suivant les procédures de rétention de documents du PNUD ;
- Faire le relais avec tous les concernés lors des transferts des dossiers du bureau vers les salles d’archives et vice versa (le demandeur, les agents de manutention, le personnel administratif et le personnel des achats)
Autres tâches :
- Destruction de dossiers ;
- Tenir la bonne conduite de la moto ;
- Assurer le remplacement des autres Messagers et de l’Assistant au Registry pendant leur absence (aussi bien à l’intérieur qu’à l’extérieur du bureau) ;
- Toutes autres tâches qui pourraient lui être confiée dans le domaine de ses compétences.

Required Skills and Experience
Education:
| Diplôme de fin d’étude secondaire (Baccalauréat) |
Experience:
- Pas d’années d’expérience professionnelle exigée;
- Bonne connaissance des logiciels courants de bureautique avec certificat à l’appui : Word, Excel, Internet, gestion des bases de données ;
- Permis de conduire A
- Bonne connaissance du français.
- Connaissance de l’anglais est un atout.
