As designated representative of the UN Secretary-General, RC leads and strategically positions the United Nations Country Team (UNCT) in support of national priorities, development strategies, and plans. RCO coordinates activities related to common programming of UN in Indonesia. The support includes strategic planning, programme and operations management, policy guidance, data management and results reporting as well as knowledge management, advocacy, and communications – all seeking to enhance UN coherence and improve overall programme impact to better achieve development results.
Context
The UN in Indonesia is implementing a wide range of initiatives to make the Leaving No-One Behind (LNOB) concept concrete and tangible, especially in the areas of youth, gender, and disability inclusion. Against this backdrop, the UN in Indonesia will organize a hybrid HR Information session for people with disabilities of which the objective is to increase the disability inclusion in the country. This hybrid event will help People with disabilities who cannot join in-person, to join and participate virtually during the session.
