Education/Experience/Language requirements
Education

● Candidates must hold a Master’s Degree or higher preferably in one of the following: Economics, International Development, Political Science, Mathematics, or other related subject;

● However, candidates with degrees in infrastructure or the built environment AND experience in the application of infrastructure financing and economics may apply;
-
● A first-level University degree (Bachelor's or equivalent) in combination with additional 2 years of experience may be accepted in lieu of the advanced university degree;
Work Experience
-
2 years of experience in economic or finance related analysis, in the built environment is required;
-
Experience researching and supporting the development of relevant thought leadership publications or positioning papers is required;
-
Experience in a developing country context is considered an asset;
-
Experience working with a variety of institutions; including UN, government/public institutions, private sector, and or research/academia in the field of the built, natural and enabling environment is considered an asset;

Experience working with the global policy frameworks around sustainable, resilient and inclusive infrastructure is considered an asset;

Experience developing analytical frameworks is considered an asset;

Experience developing software based tools is considered an asset;
-
Experience in data analysis is considered an asset.
Languages

Fluency in English is required;

Fluency in French and/or Spanish is highly desirable.
