Heifer International invites proposals from established, reputed and experienced agencies for Midterm Evaluation for Heifer Project in Bihar.

The proposal should be submitted as per the format prescribed in the RFP and sent to: procurement-in@heifer.org. The subject of email shall be the RFP Number i.e. RFP/HPI/BSLD/1 followed by the “Bidder’s Name”.
