Finance Officer - Libya Benghazi (For Libyan Nationals Only)

Role and responsibilities

The Finance Officer is responsible for generating and consolidating financial reports from all field offices.

Generic responsibilities

Adhere to NRC Finance policies, tools, handbooks and guidelines
Assist with the implementation of the Finance function portfolio according to plan of action
Prepare and develop status reports as required by management
Ensure proper filing of documents and transactions
Promote and share ideas for improvement of the Finance function
Prepare bank account and cashbox reconciliations for the Area office
Prepare the financial Project Summary
Distribute information and reports as required
Support project staff in financial matters
Actively promote PSEA (Protection from Sexual Exploitation and Abuse) standards & principles within NRC and amongst beneficiaries served by NRC.
