2.Key Responsibilities:
 
Strategic planning:
  • Collaborate with the reporting head for creating strategic plans for overall expansion of healthcare vertical.
Outreach:
  • Understand the current dynamics of the health sector and identify opportunities for partnerships (government as well as private) to expand the ECHO movement.
  • Maintain an active outreach database.
  • Represent ECHO in various forums / conferences and leverage such opportunities for enabling new partner sign-up.
Partner relationship:
  • Build and manage relationship with existing and new partners.
  • Liaisoning with various state governments/ Academic Institutions /NGO’s for the creation of new programs.
  • Visit partner sites to strengthen relationship; and share / seek feedback.
Support in planning and execution of partner orientation and immersion events.
 
 
3.Key Performance Indications: (Measurable Aspects):
 
  1. Number of new relationships introduced.
  2. Number of partners onboarded.
  3. Number of New engagements.
  4. Representation on Various Forums.
 
4.Job Requirements:

Minimum Qualification MBBS; MPH (mandatory requirement)

Experience: 12 – 16 years

Language: English, Hindi

Knowledge, Skill and Ability

  • Experience working with state governments, NGOs, and the development sector is essential. Experience of working in diverse sectors (Academics/Project Management/Operations Management) essential
  • Experience in conducting capacity-building projects/training programs in health sectors and project management. Individuals working in  National level capacity-building program will be an added advantage.
  • Good communication skills (verbal and written)

  • Travel  Yes, regular travel across the country
