Knowledge, Skill and Ability
- Experience working with state governments, NGOs, and the development sector is essential. Experience of working in diverse sectors (Academics/Project Management/Operations Management) essential
- Experience in conducting capacity-building projects/training programs in health sectors and project management. Individuals working in National level capacity-building program will be an added advantage.
- Good communication skills (verbal and written)
- Strategic planning
- Stakeholder management and relationship building (partners)
- Travel Yes, regular travel across the country
