Job Summary
Smile Foundation is looking for a Civil Engineer with a working experience of minimum 5 years in civil engineering to work on the Anganwadi Centers refurbishment-based project. He/ She will be responsible for designing the refurbishment plan for a safe and easily accessible Angawnadi center. 
He/She is encouraged to introduce innovative and creative ways to use the available resources for the learning of children. 
Job Description
  • Responsible for completing the projects in the stipulated time period 
  • Conducting on-site visits for project monitoring
  • Developing a safe and a sustainable refurbishment plan for the Anganwadi Centre as per the budget
  • refurbishment design
  • Managing the refurbishment project
  • Auditing the sites that have already been refurbished
  • Assessing potential risks, materials and costs involved 
  • Auditing the cost involved in the projects
  • Provide advice and resolve any emerging problems on the project site
  • Comply with guidelines and regulations including permits, safety etc 
  • Coordinating with the Contractor and Head Office team
Qualifications & Skills
  • Master degree in Civil Engineering from a recognized university
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • License of professional engineer
  • Proficiency in site layout and utility design
