SOS Children’s Villages Sri Lanka, a member organization of SOS-Kinderdorf International, provides total care to the children who have lost their parents as well as the children who are at risk of losing the care of their biological family. The organization has well-established Projects in Piliyandala, Nuwaraeliya, Galle, Anuradhapura, Monaragala, Jaffna, Gandara, Peraliya, Mallavi and Malpotha. We invite applications from highly committed individuals who has a genuine passion for working with children and youth without parental care.

VILLAGE NURSE (CHILDREN’S VILLAGE – PILIYANDALA)

The ideal candidate should have a recognized qualification in Nursing from a reputed institute and a minimum of 2 years’ experience working in a Medical Centre.  Qualifications and/ or experience in Child Care and Nutrition is an added advantage. Candidates must be computer literate. Fluency in Sinhala and Tamil with working knowledge of English is essential.

Preference will be given to candidates who live in close proximity to Kesbewa/ Piliyandala
