Mission and objectives

Our mission is to improve the living standards of rural population in Tajikistan through structured, thoughtful practices and sustainable partnership by impelementing sorely-needed community-led projects in rural areas via participatory approach.

Context

NGO Sadoqat implements projects on improvement of rural population's living standards, including on rural access to quality education and healthcare in remote areas of Tajikistan through crowdfunding. Social media outreach is key to expanding donor and follower base. In this regard, we are looking for online volunteers who can support us with YouTube promotion. We need two volunteers to edit and publish videos on our YouTube channel.

Task description

The Online Volunteer on Support with YouTube Channel Promotion will support us execute our content strategy with the goal of maximizing our reach and growth of our followers. The volunteer will help us to reach new supporters and donors and identify partnerships, collaborations and opportunities to reach new audiences. We expect each online volunteer to edit and publish one video per week on our YouTube Channel; Support in optimization of our YouTube Channel would be highly appreciated. The online volunteer is expected to: - ensure day-to-day management of social media accounts by creating, writing and publishing at least on post per week; - build engaging content for Youtube (based on our video records). - Edit, publish and share engaging content once a week - Collaborate with other volunteers working on other social media accounts to ensure brand consistency, - Suggest and implement new features to develop brand awareness, like promotions and competitions (depends on the volunteer's creativity, however, this is a preference rather than requirement)
