Background of the project:

The consultant, under the supervision of E2A Senior Advisor, will provide services to support the update and launch of IRC’s interactive outcomes and evidence framework (iOEF), such as i) review and finalize content entry, ii) oversee development and UX updates to the platform performed by IRC’s technology vendor ‘Priocept’, and iii) oversee launch of the iOEF in Sept of 2023.

Scope of Work:

  •  Upload and revise outcome and evidence-related content to the iOEF CMS.
  •  Correspond regularly with the iOEF vendor to oversee development and launch support work and appropriately liaise with IRC IT.
  •  Liaise with other E2A staff and TechEx/Program Quality Unit counterparts to collect and validate content for the iOEF as well as align on any overlapping work streams e.g., implementation lessons as inputs for the iOEF intervention cards.

Deliverables:

  • Consultant will populate the iOEF tool with outcome and evidence related content.
  • Consultant will work with the E2A external technology vendor and IRC IT to launch the iOEF platform end of September 2023.
