Established in 2010, Child Help Foundation is a national level NGO. Desirable Knowledge & Experience:
  • Support the Team for Programme Development and executing the various programs & projects for PAN India that align with the organization's mission, vision & goals.
  • Provide support for preparation and development of programme reports and budgetary progress reports in compliance with donor.
  • Engage in managing external engagement with technical/non-technical partners including documentation of minutes of meeting.
  • Provide support and assistance to the team in training, facility assessments, supervision, monitoring and documenting various activities against pre-defined timelines, and facilitate reporting and dissemination of key leanings/material.
  • Provide support in developing close working relationships with multiple stakeholders.
  • Support the team in networking and Liaising with other non-governmental authorities and national support office as required by the project.
  • Should have the ability to work with a team that coordinates multiple programs on PAN bases.
  • Should be willing to travel as per the requirement of the projects.
  • Daily program management throughout the program lifecycle.
  • Should have knowledge in Resource mobilization and FundRaising
Qualifications:
  • Graduate/ BSW or MSW/Equivalent qualification
  • 12+  years & minimum 5 years respectively in an NGO / Nonprofit organisation, may please apply with updated Resume.
Skills:
  • Good interpersonal and communications skills in English, Hindi & regional language - Marathi (verbal and written).
  • Excellent managerial and interpersonal skill.
  • Familiar with a variety of the field's concepts, practices, and procedures.
  • IT literate –Working knowledge of MS Office.
  • Pleasing personality, positive and proactive attitude to work, flexible and a team player.
  • Ability to build support from staff across teams, and to build the capacity of others.

Salary: 55,000 to 80,000 per month (Negotiable for the right candidate)
