Background
|
Government of Maharashtra intends to develop District Strategy Plan for each district in the State of Maharashtra in an effort to move towards achieving Developed India@2047. A bottom-up approach is proposed for the same by focusing on the growth potential of each district

Educational Qualification
|
Post Graduate/ Master’s degree in any discipline or professional degree
|
|
Minimum Experience
|
2+ years in Government sector covering any of the following sectors;
Industry promotion, entrepreneurship development, rural development, agriculture, tourism, economic planning, strategy planning, district development programs, etc.

Application for the position
|
The current position is initially for a period of 1 year and is extendable based on the renewal of the assignment and performance.
The posting is expected to be in the District Collector’s office in any district of Maharashtra;
Ahmednagar, Akola, Amravati, Chatrapati Sambhaji Nagar (Aurangabad), Beed, Bhandara, Buldhana, Chandrapur, Dhule, Gadchiroli, Gondia, Hingoli, Jalgaon, Jalna, Kolhapur, Latur, Mumbai City, Mumbai Suburban, Nagpur, Nanded, Nandurbar, Nashik, Dharashiv (Osmanabad), Palghar, Parbhani, Pune, Raigad, Ratnagiri, Sangli, Satara, Sindhudurg, Solapur, Thane, Wardha, Washim, Yavatmal
